WHAT WILL WE LEARN?

Give your students a unique experience they won’t soon forget! Beginning with a discussion utilizing models with one of our knowledgeable volunteers, students review the forces of flight, Bernoulli’s Principle, Newton’s Laws of Motion, and the control surfaces of aircraft. Students then tour the museum, learn the stories of our historic aircraft, and see how the theory of flight applies to real aircraft. During the tour students will enter up to three aircraft, and even have a chance to sit in the captain’s seat!

Being able to be up close and personal with the aircraft and helicopters was very exciting for students.
Talking with an expert who could answer all questions was valuable too.
